Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Original tags should remain attached.
- Invoice should be available.
Non-returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used jewellery
- Damaged products caused after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Customized or personalised products
Return Charges
A return processing fee of ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchange Charges
A standard exchange fee of ₹49 may apply.
This fee may be waived if the wrong or defective product has been delivered after verification.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
