A) Return/Refund Policy & Charges If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may initiate a return or request a refund subject to the following terms: 

• Processing Fee: A flat fee of INR 99/- (Rupees Ninety-Nine only) will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover return shipping and processing costs. 

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached).

• Zero Fee Option: This exchange fee may be waived (Rs zero) subject to approval by our quality control team (e.g., in cases of receiving a defective or incorrect item). 

• Availability: Exchanges are contingent upon stock availability.
